Ok... I honestly didn't know that. So... not all that rushed. It would appear that I was.. what's that word that starts with a "W" that my wife says is not a part of my vocabulary, but should be? Right there on the tip of my tongue.

We had a vaccine in March?
Yes

Go on

What is there to go on about. The first (I think 2500) people got the Pfizer vaccine in late March. IIRC they got varying doses and Pfizer used that data to determine the best dosage protocol.

However, it has been shown covid-19 alters sperm

The more you know

Link?

I've heard from multiple female medical professionals who will not take the vaccine because they are hearing it may make them sterile.

Does this vaccine cover all the mutations/strains or does this virus not mutate?

No. Biden is going to listen to scientists, and he’s going to crush the virus. He said so.

Vaccine? I thought we just needed two weeks to "flatten the curve"?

Or perhaps this is a more appropriate representation for those who believe the next (insert "goal" here) is the "best way to be done with all this bullshite"

So the old, weak, and liberals aren't going to get the vaccine?

We would have had zero deaths from COVID if Biden were running things, such a shame.

another thing that is spreading like wildfire based off misinformation

and its all based on the idea that your body could recognize the COVID antibodies as another type of specific antibody that could cause sterility

but that is true with the vaccine AND with COVID itself and neither is confirmed, its just a hypothetical

probably not

which is just further proves my idea that y'all only oppose it because "liberals" support it

Wait, so you're saying on the record that the old, weak, and liberals will not take the vaccine?

And you are seriously serious?

Please tell me they are technicians or EVA and not BSNs or doctors

You have?

Or did you just see it on Facebook?

quote:

An image going viral on Facebook and elsewhere on social media is lodging a concerning complaint: The COVID-19 vaccine could lead to infertility in women. This comes as the first doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine are delivered and administered across the USA.

The image, a screenshot of what appears to be a news article, declares the vaccine is "female sterilization," according to an unidentified Pfizer head of research. How exactly this is accomplished is through a protein contained in the vaccine, one integral for placenta formation.

quote:

Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna's COVID-19 vaccines both use messenger RNA, a single-strand of genetic code that provides manufacturing instructions for a particular protein, much like a recipe. For the vaccine, the recipe is for SARS-CoV-2's spike protein, which cells will mass produce, triggering and teaching the body to make antibodies in response.

The mRNA degenerates once its purpose is fulfilled, but the anti-SAR-CoV-2 spike protein antibodies live on to fight future infection.

While the coronavirus spike protein and syncytin-1 do share a minute string of amino acids – the building blocks of proteins – the similarity is too small to warrant an immunologic offensive, said virologist Dr. Ian Jones of the University of Reading, United Kingdom, to FullFact.org.

In general yes. My wife explained it to me but I was only half listening because of the big words. It has something to do with the virus "key" and Coronavirus' slow mutation rate. Someone can certainly explain it.

That's possible in California and New York (until the lawsuits start)...

But not in places like Louisiana.

Republicans have a super majority and can take away the Governor's emergency power. The reason why they don't is because they are scared of the blowback during a pandemic.

If there's no pandemic, there's nothing them holding them back from eliminating his power. And he knows that.
