Are you bout 'Murican made?

If so, the Ridgeline is the most American made truck.

Bottom of the list is the Titan, followed by the Silverado.

All joking aside, you should get the F150. Its a fantastic truck and the only thing you should debate is the Ecoboost vs the V8.

I hate the way the ECO boost sounds but others dont mind it.

Here is a great write up from Car and Driver on a real world test of both.

You'll get a hundred different answers to this question. I've had my Silverado for 14 years, and I've zero major issues with it. Other than normal wear & tear problems, I think the biggest thing I had to fix was the door lock actuators.

I had a Colorado with the diesel in it. Too many damn problems, I spent just as much time in a loaner than my truck. It was all motor and DEF related though, the truck itself never gave me an issue.

Traded it in on a Tundra, don't regret it one bit.

F 150!!!!

I tried the Tundra and my buddy has a Silverado. My dad had a Sierra and we all have gone back to an F150. Plenty of room, big gas tank, good on gas, plenty of bells and whistles.

I love my tundra.

F150 is a great truck and you can get a XLT for low to mid $30s.

The Titan is gross. A genital wart on wheels.

The truth: F150 has more technology as a general rule. But Ram and Silverado with 2019 closed that gap. Ram has a generator/engine that kicks in @ interstate speed to give you better mileage. Tech that matters.

Silverado is now and has been the lowest issues model. The damn things just keep on keeping on and give less quality problems.

Comfort and quiet. Probably the F150

Ride and handling. Silverado and it's not close. One reason is they emphasis that in the engineering of the truck with the lower profile.

Looks: Hell I always liked the Ram with it's high profile, shorter bed and mean look. Some of these Black Rams (not the black out wheels and crap) are just awesome to look at. I bought one knowing it might give some issues, black with chrome 22's and a $1500 tool box that was black also with a red Ram emblem and people would stop and look at that booger.

You didn't say 2 or 4 wheel drive. @ 40.

Toyota is a good all around truck but can be quirky.

The Chevy drivetrains are bulletproof but interior bits tend to fall apart. I think Silverado looks great but I wasn’t crazy about the way it drove when I test drove one. Felt like steering a boat. Also felt lower which I don’t care for.

I have a buddy that bought a 2017 Tundra last year. It is 4wd, 4 door with back-up cameras, etc. He paid $38k.

About 4 months ago he drove home from work, changed clothes, and went back to his truck. It would not start. The battery, at less than a year old had gone bad but was covered under warranty.

Other than that, he loves it.

If you are 5’7.
If you don’t want backseat room.
If you like a 4 cylinder.

It will go for 490,000 Miles.
