People will take this as a typical OT reply, but strip clubs are a common place for doing business. People from companies take clients to strip clubs. A high end strip club somewhere downtown (it doesn't have to be in the center of downtown. Somewhere that is off to the side, but still in the downtown area. And the goal has been to bring people into downtown beyond work hours..
If it's high end it keeps out the riff raff and it is just another type of attraction that will bring people down town. But the city would never approve something like that downtown.
