Burning man festival is about to become an international disaster

I have to seriously chuckle at this. If you have not heard the “playa” has gotten a bunch of rain. There have been fights earlier in the week between protestors and authorities.
The rain has shut it down. 70,000 are now being told they have to shelter in place. They are not allowed to leave. They have shut down the airports.
We have all been told to ration our food.
I do not know if this will even get out to anyone.
I am trying to get a group together like the Cajun people that help with hurricanes but it is hard to get anyone in California to come help us.
Some say we are going to run through the night naked tonight. I am worried about hypothermia.
Please spread the word we are stuck here. Our phones get no reception. They will not let any music play either.
There could be mass anarchy tonight. The burning man effigy they say will still be burned tonight. I am not sure what will happen if the organizers will not let us have this.

bullshite… a true disaster is what happened in Maui. Give the people at burning man 1/4 of what Maui citizens got and call it a day.

Yes some of us have brought our own generators.
I found someone selling kale salad with lemon juice on it for meal today.
We also have conserved water but running through this girls cowboy boot that was left in the mid. It works perfect.
They are saying we will be here for 10 days.
I know we will all March but it is miles to walk and mid is up to Buddha’s belly button in front of the tent.
