I would agree with you on Asians being chill, but your friends group needs to add in more about assimilation and putting a stop to their rampant illegal immigration issues before they ask for sympathy.

Seems to me that people deem chopsticks as derogatory to Asians, and so the use of chopsticks in an ad is considered racist. How is this derogatory, demeaning, or racist? Unless of course you think Asian culture itself is demeaning. People are truly losing all grip on reality.

The article implied that the uproar came from Asian-New Zealanders (or at least the one they quoted).

The group is Asian Americans, people legally in this country. The fact that other Asians may overstay their Visas is not their responsibility any more than the white racist groups are mine.
They are asking for consideration based solely on merit, are you somehow opposed to that?

How many are anchor babies of "visa overstays," and people who cane over visa-less in ocean cntrs??
I got no sympathy for their tears like they wouldnt shed a tears giving you any sympathy. They took advantage of original affirmative action/anti-white racial laws, and now they are complaining about them being used against them when they are the majority in something.
