Why are vegetarians always eating fake burgers? Are they admitting that meat tastes good?
Hey veg heads. You know what tastes like beef?
Beef. And it’s delicious.

Yeah, they are grasping at straws for some relevance after the chicken takeover from the last week.

Impossible burger. I have had it at another restaurant. It does taste like beef but I think studies have shown it's not actually that much healthier than the real thing from a calorie and fat perspective at least.
What Is the Impossible Burger, and Is It Healthy?

They tested the burgers in st.louis.
The St.Louisans in the commercial, claiming it tastes like beef are of course, being paid. It is a crappy burger, regardless of what they put in it.

If it’s about being healthy, ditch that bun made with enriched flour and corn syrup

It's a bit pricey too.
Over 5 bucks for just the burder and over 8 bucks for the meal.

Some will admit that it tastes great.
But Just dont like the inhumane and disgusting ways of processing it. Etc.
I'm ok with those, personally I love beef, venison, fish & seafood, chicken and pork. Probably in that order.

Nothing new...Burger King has been selling an impossible burger for years..

I like the regular Whopper, but I tried the impossible version. It had a similar texture to meat, and has that flamebroiled taste. I think the regular beef version taste a little better though.

That burger is great,
Though.

It’s made from heme.
Check it out.
Sounds kind of gross to me.

I tried it too, but they burnt my patty so it tasted like an over cooked Flanders patty.
I wonder if they are using the same fake beef that actually looks like it’s bleeding when cooking.

I have a pseudo-vegan sister and I ask her this all the time. She brought a Tofurkey to Thanksgiving. Why are they obsessed with fake meat? Eat a fricking salad.

Beef is delicious.
My food shites all over their food.
I love that!

Are they admitting that meat tastes good?
The vast majority of vegetarians are motivated by a moral objection to either the current factory farming system of meat production or killing animals in general. When you learn more about how the majority of animals raised for meat have to live and the impact of meat farming on the environment, it's easy to sympathize with their position, even if you eat meat yourself (which I do).
