The problem with the BBB is 2 fold. 1 is that they charge the business to be on there and its something like $1000 year. Maybe its by your revenue I can't remember, but that's what it was for my business.
The 2nd issue is that you aren't going to get positive reviews on BBB unless you REALLY work for it. Who the hell cares to write a positive review on the BBB?
So what you are stuck with is an outdated company that only gets feedback from the unhappiest 1% of customers. Everyone knows it.
BBB charges you money and then does nothing to help you get positive reviews. I'm shocked they haven't been sued for false advertisement or fraud

Weirdly, when frontier kept trying to frick me out of $350 for two routers it said I owned but did not (they mistakenly sent me three return boxes for one) putting in a complaint with the BBB was the only thing that got movement.

The bbb calls me every year trying to get me to pay $1000 to be accredited. It's a scam 100%

Bbb is yelp for baby boomers. Anytime you see some one complain about a company some old person will say "call the bbb"
