BS Weather Forecast for Tonight??

The local weather (channel 9) have been forecasting rain in Baton Rouge for New Years Eve for about a week.
I think it's just a way to convince people to stay home for New Years Eve.
Because of the rona BS.

No, what they did was they were going to have the Storm end around 9pm. They realized people were going to still gather after the storm, so they moved the storm back a few hours, so it will storm at the midnight hour, making less people gather.
