This is just shitty luck, there's no way that cop could have known he was being recorded. Look at the camera angle, this stalker must have been sitting on a rooftop. This was unavoidable, just another example of a good cop being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

the subjects of the video probably had no idea what Earth Day is. Hell they probably can't even spell it. They have no interest in earth Day or any other event that doesn't center on them. They just wanted some free shite and figured if nothing else, maybe they could get in a fight.

Video doesn't show much. Earth day is riddled with animal behavior. There's no telling what this kid was doing. I'm not taking his mom's word.

I actually feel sorry for the cops having to try and police that situation. No wonder one of them boiled over. I'd like to see the actions of the detained individual prior to cops getting involved.

Well, he could have not resisted or better yet, not done anything to even get accosted by the police. Funny how this poor little innocent is the ONLY one who was singled out by 5-0! Hmmm, wonder why that could be?
