BRPD and EBRPSO must be not be harassing the bums much anymore

Seems like they've come back in numbers over the past month.
Even the blonde lady bum at Perkins and Bluebonnet is stepping up her game. I guess the fake limp wasn't working anymore so now she's got the soft cast and crutches.

there is one under the overpass at bluebonnett 16-18 hours a day... its sometimes a different person throughout the day but book it someone is there 18 hours a day begging

There's been a 35-45 yr old skinny white dude out there the past few days. I'm guessing he comes from the tent city a bit down the interstate.

I haven't been frequenting that area much lately. I remember she actually looked half decent a while back but I was counting on her likely habits to start taking its toll. Are you seeing the downturn yet?

Several months ago, when they were cracking down on the beggars and even arrested one I said something like "great, they will bring him to jail and if he is lucky he will be out before the morning traffic starts" and everyone downvoted me and I was saying they will all eventually be back out at their spots at some point, and someone argued that they were really cracking down this time.

The other day there was a bum fricking another bum against the barrier under the overpass on seigen lane. Like 7 pm.

About a year ago that Roma family that worked Bluebonnet together almost drove me to homicide. Haven’t seen those low life’s in a while. They need a helicopter ride.

I went to the Walmart on College last Sunday. We all know its a haven for bums so I knew I would probably be harassed. I didnt expect to be stopped 4 times on the way in and twice on the way out. They had people lining the walls out side asking for money. I mentioned to the sheriff officer standing right by the door that this is out of control. He said he agreed but there is nothing he can do... "Askin for money aint illegal son"..
