If if it was a casual fan and they touched his shoulder to get his attention for a picture, the Head of security for the spurs shouldn't slap some one.
While I agree, if this were a Kardashian I would be applauding the security for saving a potentially great career.

Well that's in your mind, not mine. He needs to prove himself in the NBA.
It takes more than being tall to play in the NBA and his skinny arse may get a rude awakening inside the paint when battling for those rebounds.

I disagree. It said NBA phenom. He would have to play in the NBA to be an NBA phenom. You could say high school phenom, overseas phenom but until he plays in the NBA you can't say NBA phenom.

Well, his first summer league game left a lot to be desired according to the folks that know about such things.
He had 9 points, 8 rebounds, 5 blocked shots and went 2 of 13 from the field.
