This may actually be a good thing because those spending time collecting ninja swords may actually go out and get laid for once instead of collecting ninja swords.

Good question but I know a few dorky dudes that came out of their shell and turned into reasonably fun people. I've seen them bag a few wins socially and with the ladies, a little confidence, some tips on "how to talk to people and not bore the shite out of them...".
