Has the cop in any of these scenarios ever actually been convicted of murder?

Good, from what little information that has been released this officer acted in a very negligent manner. Any LEO that shoots into a car driving away from them with a high powered rifle (AR-15) deserves to face criminal charges. I don't know if it rises to the level of 1st degree murder but it was certainly criminally negligent.

Now if there is additional information that would justify the shooting then of course the officer should be found not guilty. But from what has been released so far this does not seem to be case.

His dads defense of him was also pretty fricked up. He says he has PTSD and gunshots, fireworks, and loud noises set him off. So, why the hell was he a police officer?

What's even more pathetic is that he hasnt turned himself in.

Did the PD really need 3 days to detain and arrest him?

Are his buddies really going to arrest him?

His parents sounded like dindu nuffins.

I 100% empathize with our soldiers facing that horrible disorder...but he should have never been a cop. He was a danger to himself, his fellow LEOs, and the public.

Good to see them hold him accountable for his careless actions. The kid should still be alive.
