Sounds like your standard "got drunk, had sex" and then got home and said "I regret that now that my husband knows."
This guy.

Dean Norris, who played DEA agent Hank Schrader on the acclaimed AMC series, was accused of the assault in June while in New Orleans filming for his current show, "Claws", on TNT.
A 32-year-old woman from Ohio reported the alleged assault by Norris, 54, after she returned home.
After an investigation, prosecutors determined there wasn't sufficient evidence to warrant charges, according to the report. Norris' attorney cited the lack of prosecution as evidence the allegations were "unsubstantiated and not credible."
The DA's office said it would "reevaluate" the case if additional evidence came to light.
The woman said, in the report, that she had met Norris in a bar and asked for a photo, saying she was a fan of "Breaking Bad". She told police she had blacked out and awoke disoriented at Norris' apartment, where she told police he forced intercourse with her despite her telling him no and attempting to stop him.
"Even though I'm not some Hollywood star, I still matter; it still matters that this happened," she said in the report. "I need to stand up for myself."
..

CSB:
I went to a Pelicans game while he was filming that show in town, and I was sitting right next to he and his son. Extremely nice guy. I've seen other celebrities at games, but I've never seen so many woman come up to someone to take a picture with them. It was absolutely ridiculous. It was a constant stream, and after about at least the 15th I could tell he was starting to get a little annoyed but he still smiled the whole time.

Let me guess, she never reported this to the police 'til after it was too late to take a rape test?

Good luck with that lady.
Nevermind, they already dropped your case like a bad habit.

I read your headline as:
Breaking: Bad DEA actor accused of #metoo....
I thought this was about a bad actor impersonating someone in the DEA.

Moral to this story is don't get so drunk that you black out so that you can stand up in the future!
Per my scientific study Drinking Alcohol has a direct correlation to people standing up or not.

reported the incident to police a few days later after returning home to Ohio, where she told her husband what happened and went to a hospital for a rape kit.

"Based on the information brought to the D.A.'s office by the NOPD, we would not have enough to go forward," Daley said.
Hmmm so I guess the rape kit didn't show anything...
Sounds like she told her husband a fake story after cheating on him.

I think he should sue the shite out of her...she made him look like a common criminal over something that she has no recollection of. Time for men to go on the offensive when false claims are levied against them.
