I like to keep it simple most days:

Scrambled eggs & toasted wheat bagel
-or-
Boiled eggs & steel cut oatmeal

If ate before a run, this would be similar to what I ate.

I typically run fasted. For longer runs I'll bring electrolytes with me.

Shrimp boil left overs-sauteed the shrimp and onion and flatten/brown the potatoes, scramble some eggs, sprinkle with cheese and make a burrito.

I don’t eat breakfast most days - but when I do- I eat like a lumberjack

I can’t eat right before a run. I usually will eat a couple of hours before my run, or run fasting if it’s an early morning run.

Unless you train in the morning, there’s no need to eat breakfast. Fatass Americans don’t need to eat 3 full meals a day.

Yeah but I like to eat at 10 AM.

That's my time to eat.

EDIT - Also, you don't need to eat if you train in the morning. This is very fatass behavior baw

Into the mattress?

Like you push her down and she falls into it, sorta like pushing something into jello?

What do you do after that?
