I was mostly fricking around about how we get a bunch of daily coverage of the same thing. Btw I’m from the west bank and a former Endymion and Toth member.

My brother and I used to ride our bikes through the campers on the neutral ground in the 1990s

Yeah it’s always been a good crowd, it’s just that at some point much of it turned into a big frat parties with couches and crap out there.
Not a big deal, but just very damn crowded. And adding the band stage on Orleans back toward City Park just made it worse.

Yeah, people just love to shite on NOLA Mardi Gras for no reason. I've watched parades nearly every year since the 80's in the Lower Garden District, and I'm still alive. I haven't noticed any change in the LGD safety wise at all. I know Endymion doesn't usually go through the LGD and didn't this year. I'm just talking NOLA Mardi Gras parades in the area in general.
