BR still isn't designed for biking...this program is a waste b/c the ones who would use them probably already use their own bikes.

The CP government is showing they can't provide the basic services they are charged to provide.

There is no good reason to see them invest our tax dollars in other projects like this bike share thing when they can't hire enough cops, planners, inspectors, and fully fund the DA and other key components of local government.

We have bike sharing and motorized scooters in Huntsville. I'm not sure how successful the programs are, but I haven't heard of any issues yet.

You still aren't getting it.

To stop charging your card you have to insert a metal bar. This blocks the wheel from moving.

So even if not secured properly, you would still have to pick it up. Then cut the lock out.

Which isn't going to happen.
