Is this true? An important piece of information about buying a house is left to the buyer to guess at his own peril? What the hell are we playing realtors for?
It is a violation of law for a realtor to tell you or to steer you towards or away from certain neighborhoods based on race, religion, yada-yada, etc…
We can give you websites for you to do the research yourself. In fact, that type of information is relatively easy to find. Writing your own contract and negotiating the terms…maybe not so much.
