WBRZ story

Definitely not an uplifting and sunny outlook

quote:

When I started this job, I thought when we could get to a child before he reached 12 or 13 years old we could change the child," Moore said. "My years have gone down further and further as I've seen things. Now I'm at a point where I think prenatal. We have to start planning on this child's future, what's going to be set up for the child, school, feeding, all the basic things."

It’s not the government’s responsibility to plan for this. It’s the damn parents. We need to stop Incentivizing childbearing by people that can’t be responsible for it and start incentivizing it for those that can.

The government doesn’t need to legislate morality or responsibility. we as a society need to instill and enforce it.

You can't change a culture that doesn't want to change itself and thinks it is perfectly OK to kill someone because they "dissed" you

If you haven't had these talks with your hopefully spouse before deciding to have a baby, you messed up.

This is true.

BUT

Do we want to talk about reality? Because that's the DA's job and that is what he is talking about here. If we don't change that child, then the cycle will repeat and that affects each and every one of us. Until we break the victim / government dependence / crime and prison cycle this shite will continue. If we can get just one or two responsible generations in place, maybe the cycle will break and people will turn into responsible citizens.

Best thing we could do is lock up the criminals and throw away the key. Any violent offense should be life without parole.

Crime will go down and the apex thugs can't father 10 children to pass on their shite genes.

But that's not what the DA is wanting to do. He doesn't want to end government dependence, he wants to increase it.

Or where single parent homes are more of a norm than an exception.

Yep. This mindset epitomizes the Democratic Party. Government exists to foster dependence.

We basically did this in the 80s and 90s, and the black community grew up fatherless. They still passed on their shite genes, they just did it at 18 and 19 instead of 30 like most of us do.

Look where it has gotten us today.

We do that by incentivizing the nuclear family where one parent is the home maker and one the bread winner (not saying stay at home mom/dad), by incentivizing highschool graduation first, marriage second, kids third, by incentivizing personal
Responsibility and accountability. Basically the opposite of what we have been incentivizing since the 70’s and the women’s empowerment movement which let men get away penalty free from ditching responsibilities.

If that dumbass thinks that this is all just going to magically get better after all of the propaganda our federal, state, and local governments pimped out through mass media in the last year, then he's smoking crack. These kids aren't being taught accountability, or responsibility, or virtue. Their heads are filled unimpeded with ideas of victimhood based on their skin color, and consequently vindication and entitlement for their actions.

Is anyone here under the impression that these hellions have ever received parental supervision?

The mere fact of how horrific they are is a crystal clear indication that they have not received much in the line of actual supervision. Truth is, their parent or guardian probably has no idea where they are most of the time. The streets are their supervisors. It’s the streets where they get their sense of right and wrong. Responsible parents are simply MIA, and have been for most of their lives.

I feel like any reasonable person who has spent any time around the ghetto should know this before they become the DA. But glad he knows it now.

Preach. But... What can we really do. I'ma get banned for this but I need a break anyway...

There are at least 2 if not 3 generations of people, both black and white, who are lost, gone, unrecoverable. They have no morals, no values, cannot and will not follow the rules of a civilized society. So what do we, as a civilized society do about it? Forget the reasons, they don't matter. It is what it is. We can address those reasons and not make the same mistakes.

But for now, if we don't remove these people from our society, (and we won't) they are going to drag us into the third world. They already are. What are we going to do about it? I'm at the point where I'd help load the boxcars.
