BR area related. Places of business that are open but need capital improvements

Only consideration for this thread, place has had to have some sort of longevity to it, appear to be making a profit and need a serious overhaul to it.
I'll go first.
Skate Galaxy on Jefferson Highway near Stumburg Extension.
This place is an absolute dump. It's one thing to become dated, but this place wreaks of filth and lack of preventive maintenance.
Invest back in your product. Granted, you might be the only game in town, but have a standard that is quantifiable, qualifiable and verifiable.
I'll go first.

Siegen Marketplace. It just looks trashy. The roads need to be redone or improved and it needs to be cleaned up before Top Golf opens.

You are correct Paul and it's also home to one of the best lunch deals in BR. $8 or so gets you a half shrimp poboy (8" or so), fries, salad and hush puppies. It's fantastic.
