Use police station parking lot.
We just bought a jogging stroller from a nice couple and when I suggested police station to meet they were very happy to do that.

I actually just looked up some crime stats. While a horrible shite hole of unimaginable shittyness, crime isn’t as bad in Gary S a lot of other places. A town I used to live in which had a pretty good reputation was actually listed as like twice as dangerous and it wasn’t even the worst in the state in Georgia
