Hopefully none of this happened at the Guns n Roses concert last night.

A video has captured the moment that four bouncers picked up a disabled woman while she was still in her wheelchair and carried her out of a gig.
Anna Roberts, 41, had moved to the front of the standing area while at the MTV Crashes Plymouth event, having been turned away from the empty disabled viewing area as she hadn't pre-booked.
As she watched the gig with her 14-year-old daughter and a friend on the Plymouth Hoe, she was approached by staff who told her she had to move.
Despite Anna's protestations and refusal to move, the quartet try to restrain her as she cries 'you're hurting me', before carrying her off in front of her sobbing daughter and other revellers.
Anna - who suffer from extreme pain in her joints - can also be heard telling them to stop as they are 'going to break the wheelchair' as they hoist her into the air.
Following the shocking incident, the mother-of-four told The Sun: 'I just wanted to sing and have a nice time like anyone else. I was treated like a second-class citizen. I felt totally humiliated.

So she was somewhere she wasn't supposed to be, then refused to leave when asked?

So she wanted front row access that she didn't pay for, then refused to move.
Good

is that an official diagnosis? she's in a wheelchair because her joints hurt?

1. why didn't she pre book?
2. if empty why not let her in there?
3. she looks like she is faking that pain in the pics

Even if she was in the wrong I cannot fathom coming to the decision that I'll just pick her up in her wheelchair and haul her arse out.

These "protected classes" of people always shout from the rooftops that they just want to be treated like everyone else then when they are, they get pissed and preachy about how they need special treatment.

Why the frick not? If the bouncer has the legal right to pick up any arbitrary person and toss them out....how is this snowflake special? They don't even have to touch her physically, just her wheelchair.

When did we start calling them "others"? Is that a catch all phrase because I kind of dig it.

she isn't disabled. she has achy joints. maybe if she tried some rehab she wouldn't ache so much.
My sister was born with Rheumatoid Arthritis. basically has zero cartilage in both knees, and she toughened up through life.

quote:cause she's in a wheelchair watching a concert with her 14 y/o daughter. Not sure what her disability is but I would assume she might not get a ton of chances to do a normal mom activity with her daughter. If you could throw the deaf, dumb, blind and physically handicapped out of an event without blinking an eye then....congratulations?
Why the frick not?
I'm just saying if push came to shove I wouldn't grab a couple of bouncers and physically lift her wheelchair to haul her arse out. It seems mean.

This... She claims she was treated like a second class citizen... If any non-disabled person was where they shouldn't be the bouncers would've done the same thing and the police may have been involved. She wants to be treated like a normal person until it is time to do normal person shite.
