I have the SGE 800 series. All f the sudden, the damn thing will not turn on. I checked and am getting power to the receptacle. I am at a total loss. Any help is appreciated.

SGE68U55UC/B3

ETA: I called Bosch to cuss them out. It turns out the electrical part are covered for 5 years. I just have to pay a repairman for his time.

Ah, there's the problem. The outlet needs power, not lower.

I've got a Bosch. Could come in handy later on.

This just happened to me and it turned out to be a fuse in the control board. Hope that helps

Can you replace the fuse or do you have to replace the whole controller board?

Is Bosch supposed to be a really good brand or something? I have a Bosch dishwasher that came with my home that I purchased a couple of years ago.

Very diverse line of products: appliances, hand tools, auto parts of all kinds. I've got some Bosch wiper blades. They're alright.

Is that why the TV and A/C aren’t working too?

I recieved a recall letter last year in the mail. Apparantly power cords on certain models have started fires. Might want to check on that

Bosch appliances fricking suck. I bought my house a year ago and had to replace the ovens control board and the microwave’s display has 2 lights out on it. After having to replace the micro before we moved in cause the fan was making a god awful racket.

The dishwasher’s peg configuration is an abomination and it doesn’t dry worth a shite, even on extra dry setting. My FIL was all impressed that the house came with Bosch. The next house I buy, I’ll just stick with LG.
