They are referring to what all the morons in Minnesota are doing at the behest of their mayor and governor.
That’s what they are speaking about when referencing this didn’t happen when Obama was president.

I think there’s a major issue with the leaders of Minnesota pushing people to the streets knowing how aggressive the feds can be. The elected officials should go another route if they are interested in protecting citizens.
