Was he in violation of MN law if he was carrying without permits?
We can argue if requiting permits to carry are anti 2A another time (they are), but as of now, he may have been in violation of MN law

That's literally what you said if you care to say there's exceptions to that, that's fine. There's been many people like you throughout history who yelled at people to just obey the law.
Yeah but up until it’s reasonable. According to this guy. He’s the one who gets to decide apparently.
And when is it reasonable? frick if I know. Seems pretty unreasonable to me right now. But I’m not Stout. I don’t get to decide.

And it leads to an avalanche of questionable legal analyses because now you have to judge all the other agents based on what their reasonable perceptions of the event is.

ICE is deporting criminal illegals. Why do you want to interfere with them or support people who do?

What law did the guy the video break that warranted a death sentence?

Both of you have rosier perceptions than me because you seem to think there might be an actual investigation.

I appreciate your candor. You remind me of a gentleman I work with, he's in his 40s, and he always says simple things like lifes not fair, control what you can control, focus on you, focus on what's in front of you.
But those are very simplistic black and white views. That's the equivalent of sticking your head in the sand and hoping for the best. You get yours and I'll get mine the rest is in God's hands.
But I truly believe that that leads down a path that no one will enjoy. We have to stick up for our fellow man, we have to defend the innocent, fight against Injustice, love one another, no matter how much we yell and scream and curse at each other.
Trust me I'm not good at it, just look at my post above, I get too emotional there's no doubt about it, but I get emotional because I care, I don't want to see people getting killed in the street, I don't want to see 100% immunity for people, I don't want people to be afraid to go outside and protest if that's what they feel they want to do, whether it's about gay rights, abortion, war, the economy, whatever the issue even if you're only one person everyone has the right to go out and say what they want to say.

every estimate I can find for “total taxpayer cost per year of illegal immigrants to the United States” shows me a figure between 90-150 billion/year. So yes, yes I would say it’s worth it. You’re being disingenuous or have an agenda if you suggest it’s not

I'm about to be dude you should see this f****** bartender all tatted up and pierced, she used to date my f****** assistant manager before he got back on heroin.

They arent detaining only criminal illegals and you know that. They have far too much free reign and sane people are sick of it

Best way is at the border. Issue we see now is that stand down orders were given during the last admin and millions were bused/flown across the country. I am not gonna blame one party for that. GOP did a good bit of it as a gotcha move. What that did was overwhelm the system to what we have now. Can't go back to the way it was until current situation gets fixed. Naturalization is off the table. The bulk of the voter block doesn't want that.

You know what else no one wants to see? A beautiful 22-year-old girl like Laken Riley murdered by a Venezuelan national who entered the U.S. illegally
Why are people trying to stop ICE from removing these criminals? None of this happens if they let ICE do their jobs

I have no idea if he had a permit/reciprocity/whatever laws they may have. Completely possible he did break some Minnesota law(s).

This thread's moving fast, so I just want to take the time to say thanks for civility even where we disagree. I have no issue with you and guys who think and act like you have. And if I felt the American right wing were all guys like you, I would feel very good about where our country is, and I might even join you, as I have serious misgivings (to greatly understate it) with the American left.

So?
Seriously, what should ICE do when confronted by someone who doesn’t speak English and can’t produce any identification?
