There are also just some foods that I love a glass of milk with. Red beans and rice and corn bread for one.

They just can't compete with Walmart. Milk is a product where brand name doesn't make a difference... selling a product for more than a dollar more than another brand with the exact same thing is not good business. You can get it for 2 dollars less at Sam's and probably the same at Costco.

I always liked Borden the best, but I don't know if that was a placebo or what.

Had to have been. There's not a person on here that could blind taste test a few different brands and correctly guess which one was Borden's. It would be just plain luck to get it right. We go through a gallon almost every day in my house, at least one every other day...and it's always different brands from wherever we happen to be when we need another gallon. I couldn't tell you the difference between any of them.

Not for me. I dont buy gallons of that crap milk. If I go out on the road for a week and come home it's usually bad. Just got back from a week in NOLA and my horizon omega 3 whole milk was still as fresh as it was 10 days earlier when I bought it

I actually really like the Brown's Dairy brand milk at the dolla stow.

I watched a special one time on almonds and besides consuming lots of water to grow, it also takes lots of bees to pollinate the almond trees so bee keepers from all over the country bring their bees to California to rent them to the almond orchards resulting in less bees in other places they're needed.

My kids go through 2 gallons of milk per week. What are all these other kids drinking if they are not drinking milk?

Use to drink at least a gallon a week but have not drank any milk in almost two years now! Also don't really miss it since I don't eat cereal or sweets which does require milk!!!
