if you have to delete Twitter and Facebook to improve your happiness you are as big or bigger pussy than blue haired baristas.
1. Don't follow shite you don't want to on Twitter, pretty fricking simple
2. Don't read what you don't want, again really simple.

It’s more to not increase your unhappiness. The vitriol and untruth spoken on those platforms, creating spiraling echo chambers, simply hate filled nonsense feeding fires for the fun of it. Getting people fired and lives ruined.
Everyone should just get off social media. There are just too many people with bad agendas, and people are too gullible.

I thought the problem with twitter was places with a free press started using that as a source instead of being journalist and reporters.
