If I was the father, her name wouldn't be withheld for long, because that bitch would be a victim as well as the black bitch. Both would be in CCU on the same day.

this is way off topic but can you explain this to me like I'm a drunk 5th grader?

Her home is worth 3x what the county tax assessor says it is. she should be paying 3x the property tax that she does. this is just because she is a cvnt. If she was an upstanding citizen, she should not have to pay the government to live in a home she owns.

Property taxes are bullshite, but she is beating the system.

intentionally beating a child is bad

Unintentionally killing someone is also bad

“how bad was the crime” isn’t the same as “are they likely to do it again while out on bail”

I would imagine that the act that was intentional is the one more likely to perpetrated again.

Then again, I’m logical.

I don’t believe that chics have dicks.

A grown woman who assaulted a child is probably likely to assault another human being again, especially an adult.

If you are willing to beat a child, you likely have even less of an issue with assaulting another adult.

She is a risk to everyone around her.

Again, you could apply that logic to every violent crime and deny everyone bail.

But the constitution says you can’t.

and listen, not defending this lady. she will have her day on court and hopefully gonna for a long time.

The law jsut says she gets reasonable bail till then.

do you want rights or not?

Who paid her bail?

His could she have afforded a $44,000 bail as a daycare worker?

Only the 2nd amendment is important. The rest of the constitution is generally hated by white Pubs.

Using a false equivalency to deflect from a little boy being beaten by an adult woman is despicable. It is a tacit defense of her.

Own it.

you’re too stupid to follow the conversation.

The act can both be terrible and unlikely to occur again.

I used the example of manslaughter because it’s ALSO terrible, but unlikely to occur again.

The factors for bail are different than the factors for sentencing

You can’t just say “well if they’ve committed one crime what’s to stop them from committing more?”

because then no one gets bail.

Irony much?

One was a hypothetical with an accidental death between two adults, one was (allegedly) real and premeditated, and perpetrated against a child.

Your deflection is tacit approval.

Own it.

So you are good with that bail amount for adults assaulting small children?

You do you.

True.

Then again, I didn’t say that, so…

what do you even think i’m deflecting from?

Both scenarios are bad that’s why they’re crimes. Manslaughter is bad.
Beating up kids is bad.

it’s a constitutional right. I don’t have to like it to understand it.

No idiot, they’re just examples of bad things.

If you want to argue punching a kid is worse that accidentally killing an adult you mean to just beat up do right ahead

which is worse isn’t important to the point i’m making
