They are fricking delicious but lord help anybody in the same room as you when you start getting gas from them.

You should try smoking them after you peel them. 250 degrees for 30 minutes.

Makes fantastic egg salad and deviled eggs. When I do it for egg salad, I do about a dozen at a time and rub 3-4 in some bbq rub. I use a jalapeño rack to hold them.
