Boiled eggs are underrated

Just boiled a batch for my breakfast this week. A little seasoning sprinkled on the outside and you have a delicious AND filling meal.
I bet a lot of you guys can't even peel an egg without destroying it.

i have chickens.. so i get a decent amount if eggs. I boil 10 every sunday, and eat 2 mon-friday after my workouts

I don't get the farts with boiled eggs. The trick is to drop the eggs in already boiling water for 11 minutes, and then immediately pour cold water on them when they're done. Perfect every time.

There's a trick to getting under that skin and peeling the egg cleanly, but I don't know it.
