The threat of force. A pickpocket is not the same as an armed robber.
It is laughable that so many people acknowledge that men and women are different. And have different roles in society. But want to stand on this soap box.

Your “subjective” viewpoint is only relevant to you.
The proper “objective” view is “if a female teacher sleeps with a student under the age of 18, they should face the exact same consequences as a male teacher”.
Equality under the law.
Any view that doesn’t fit that standard is incorrect.
