That whole section off of sorrel, minus a few of the occupied buildings and warehouses is ripe for being able to dump a body fairly undetected. Out near the train tracks and where this one was likely dumped from.
I was out there probably about two months ago and thought that I was surprised they hadn't found a body there yet.

The body of one of the teachers (a gay man) at my high school was found in the lake; there have been several others over the years. Arsenal Park is (or was) a notorious hook-up spot for people who are in to that kind of deviance.
