I guess he died.
Possibly from head trauma.

Well, at least nobody can ever accuse him of having been hard-headed.

The hotel has to have surveillance. I'm sure the family knows who it is, because it wouldn't take the cops long to find out. But if they aren't pressing charges, and probably bribing local cops to label it an accident to make it all go away...it's gonna always be a mystery. Let's see how hard the family fights to keep it a secret, and how hard the internet tells the family to frick off while they crack the case and forever tarnish the legacy of...Bob Saget?
This.

A fall from a standing position would at most be a "6 foot fall". How does one receive the impact damage of a "20-30 foot fall" or "baseball bat to the head" from a 6 foot fall?

Drugs and alcohol, slipped and fell, hit his head and went to bed without getting help.
The family said drugs and alcohol weren’t involved in the cause of death. Guessing that’s technically true if you can’t prove they caused a fall and head trauma was the COD.

Regardless, this is out of the ordinary. Something is very odd here
Neither of those statements are true.
People suffer subdural hematomas and think nothing of it (happened to my sister) and she is also around the same age and I'm it's far worse if your on blood thinners...which I imagine Saget was taking due to his family history of heart issues.I believe both his dad and uncle died of heart disease in their 30's.
Really isn't much to see here.

Showers have a step over or a curb if you will. It may be possible that he slipped in the shower propelling himself backwards at an accelerated rate of speed to simulate a 30 foot fall. In that event he would have slammed his head against the tile or stone curb and either been so disorganized that he made it to bed to die or lay unconscious for a bit then get to bed and die. Either way if the real truth is being told about no one else entering with, before, or after him he most likely had some kind of freak accident.

You had a poster of Andrea Barber(Gibbler) up in your room, didn't ya?

Sagets skull was broken in several places and there was no blood.

I know there are other ER docs on here and I’m curious what they think.
I am an ER doctor too and I agree with you
I was concerned with the inebriations on the central lobe of the polydiagonal cortex stem, but upon further review it turns out that the striations were a result of a lack of proteins due to sagat’s phosphorus intake.. dude really liked his seafood. Quite the anomaly

Plaintiffs will suffer irreparable harm in the form of extreme mental pain, anguish, and emotional distress if Defendants release the Records in response to public records requests or otherwise disseminate the Records for any other reason or purpose,' the lawsuit stated, according to a copy obtained by ABC News.
Why would it cause them so much extreme mental pain, anguish and emotional stress if it was only an accidental fall? I think they know more too.

Would you want pictures or videos of your dead spouse splattered across the tabloids?
The absolutely nothing wrong with the family not wanting records released and they specifically mentioned photos and videos.

Don’t mean to be cynical but does anyone else find this odd or is this normal?
that’s about the only part i don’t find odd.
Imagine a loved one you’ve lost.
now imagine if every other day their name was plastered all over the news and then the internet got to buzzing with conspiracy theories that range from plausible to absolute batshit crazy shite.
all while you’re trying to cope.
don’t blame them one but for trying to put a lid on a lot of that shite.
