How crowded and/or crappy is this place? Looking for a decent Waterpark to take the kids.

Blue Bayou is the perfect water park for the BR area. What do you expect? It’s about on par with the entire metro area.

As crowded and just as crappy as any other water park you can go to in the south.

I wouldn’t bring my kids there but I guess if you are on a tight it would work. I would think Schlitterbahn is what you are looking for.

How old are your kids? If fairly young I'd take them to Liberty Lagoon. They'll never know the difference. Also, Aqua Pards in Denham - it's really small but not bad for a couple hours get away.

I hate all public pools and water parks, but if I didn’t then I dont see what’s wrong with BB. Had a blast there growing up and one of those stations toward the back makes some bomb lemonade.
