Blue Bayou postponing opening weekend

They are saying it’s due to expected weather, but everyone knows it’s because they have no employees. Who is going to work there for 50% minimum wage when everyplace in BR is paying $10 per hour.

$10 an hour? You should see the absolute uproar in New Orleans about a measley $10 an hour.

it's not really the filth as much as it is the insane amount of chlorine and assorted chemicals that give you chemical burns

Best thing about Blue Bayou was the concerts, and they got rid of them 4-5 years ago.
We haven’t had passes since then. My daughters were younger, so we would get there at 10am, before the crowd, and a gone by 1pm.
