Can you share with the class how the frick a pilot can get the same amount of flight hours for cheaper?

By going as fast as possible. The OT covered this topic re:fuel economy vs speed in it’s entirety last year I believe.

Come on guys, it's an obvious answer to save on fuel. Fly the planes up into space and get them into orbit and then cut the engines off and do flyovers for the entire planet while saving money. Duh

You realize that those jets and pilots don't just sit in hangars at the base until its time for deployment action right? Pilots have to log a certain number of hours of flight time for practice and training. They were going to be flying and burning fuel regardless. The only thing changing because of this stuff about honoring healthcare workers is that they're publicizing the flight path and flying over cities instead of the middle of the Gulf

DOD Statement on the flyovers

"While America Strong will showcase Department of Defense support to healthcare workers, first responders, military, essential employees, and aims to unite all Americans in the fight against COVID-19, it also fulfills critical training requirements for both teams. Pilots must execute a minimum number of flight hours to maintain proficiency. These flyovers will incur no additional cost to taxpayers."

No doubt you read this on some liberal site and it made sense at the time.

But then like ALL things left/liberal it gets blown up under the slightest bit of thought, logic or scrutiny.

And people wonder why they are called sheeple? Smh

Looks like they updated the flight path to include the northshore. I'd love to take my son to see them but no idea where the best place would be. Anyone know how to find an accurate flight path?
