Ah.. the retarded "she shouldn't have worn that dress, was asking for it" routine.

Rule number one: Never brandish a weapon. Simply USE it when the time comes. No warning shot.

Thanks.

So, this isn't really a BLM protest, and is just a neighborhood dispute. You can click through to the organizer's Facebook page where several people claim this guy has been harassing black neighbors for months, so they decided to hold a street rally in front of his house. Certainly looks like they were harassing him though. I didn't watch the full 90 minutes, but I didn't see that anyone went on to his property, but wonder if they had permits to set up in the street like that.

The point is that the cops likely arrested this dude to appease the mob. That's an ongoing trend that will continue to get worse.

These people don't want to get rid of the cops. They want to weaponize them to do their bidding.

I can't dispute that. I can dispute that these were BLM protesters, though there is certainly some overlap. Or maybe better said is this wasn't a protest organized by a BLM group. I can also dispute the claim that they surrounded this guy's house. They were on the street and sidewalk in front of his house. I would agree they were harassing him, so they're not 100% innocent here. There is also no confirmation on what he was actually arrested for.

Apparently the dude heading up this little street party was also the one who lead a group that ended up burning down a house they said was holding kidnapped kids (which turned out to be bullshite), so there's some precedent for people fearing for their lives and property from this group.

The trend of arresting and charging the innocent to appease the crowd is on the rise and these coward cops will follow their orders no matter what.

Total BS.

This is the textbook definition of proper gun usage. Instead of shooting, you tell the person to back off.

Yes. He should have a field day in court... if they don't drop the charges first, he'll prevail in a court of law. He had every right. frick those "peaceful protesters."

Since when is brandishing a weapon on your own property a crime?

Not just this, but I only read the 1st page so not sure if it was pointed out already, but they were threatening him.

They were shining lights into the house; some have said that they were aiming a gun at him.

That's harassment at the very least. Why did the police not break this up?

Based on the video, it sounds like they have weapons as well. You can even hear one of them say that he isn’t going to do much with his shotgun compared to what they have pointed at him. They said he isn’t ready for what they have. How can they be outside the mans home and apparently pointing weapons at him, but he gets arrested for doing the same from his house and on his property?

My father was a US Marshall and Texas Ranger and I have both hanging. You really think I do that only to get leniency from police?

I’m more convinced than ever that we can’t coexist as one country anymore. Those pieces of shite I watched in the 2 hour video are so far from what I would consider normal. I have more in common with the average European or South American than this trash.

I really never felt racist in my life but watching those 2 videos it was hard to hold back feelings of racism. Maybe it’s time to just accept that we are different races and we don’t like each other so let’s hash this out once and for all. It seems like the feeling is mutual. Is there any other way?
