#BLM claims another one - Trooper who stopped Sandra Bland fired

He's accused of lying about his July 2015 arrest of Sandra Bland and their confrontational traffic stop that was caught on dashcam video.
The article says he was indicted because he wrote in his report that she was "combative and out of control" which is why he got her out of the car and that statement was Perjury. I remember watching the video and thinking she was just that. I am sure they will say he was fired because he got indicted for a misdemeanor but my question is whether the indictment is really justified?
Seems like they bowed to political pressure to me.
BTW, I quit following the case but the SJW's came up with the idea that the Trooper actually killed her in the field and got the jail people to let him bring her into the county jail and hang her up to make it look like a suicide.
The county ended up releasing a bunch of video that showed her walking around in the jail to shut them up. LINK

Being combative and out of control is a subjective call he has to make out in the field. I don't understand how he committed perjury if he acted using reasonable discretion. They simply wanted a head to roll and they found one.

Lawsuit pending.......
These idiots must not realize that by bowing to SJW cost them more in the long run. They think negative media is a bad thing when Trump is showing most of America that people gave stopped listening to the talking heads. Also the lawsuits and settlements and lawyers.
Heck I'm thinking about starting a SJW firm, where individuals hire us after doing something mildly controversial. We would protest and they would cave and fire said client and then after the lawsuit we get cut a percentage.

Are cops that put people in jail responsible for the death of someone that person may kill while being incarcerated?

In the initial traffic stop she did not bow to his authority. He pretty much used that to escalate it. He had plenty of discretion to not arrest her but was triggered by her non-acquiescence.
