He had a car pulled over and was writing them a ticket. When he got back in his car he sat there a minute and she slow rolled through a stop sign in front of him. He whips it around and pulls her over.

He is writing her a ticket too. When he re-approaches her car he starts taunting her. He asks if she is ok, then said she seemed upset. She said she is upset. He asks her why. She goes into a long speech about being pulled over, etc. When she is through he says "Are you finished?" like she was bothering him.

She goes off again, saying he had asked her why she was upset so she told him. Presumably, she had been smoking the whole time.

Now that she had put him in his place he asked her "if she would mind putting her cigarette out." She asked why she had to put her cigarette out if she was smoking in her own car. This meant she must be arrested. She was non compliant and had to be torqued around a bit.

She went to jail and hung herself in her cell a few days later. She had contacted her family but nobody had the $500 to get her out.

Conspiracy theories raced through the internet that he had killed her, then booked her. "Proof" was given that she was dead and laying down for her booking photo. Actual video was then released, killing the theorists proof.

They brought in a black special prosecutor.

Nuff said.
