This happens to me when I was 12 but front of head. I got up and threw the biggest dirt clog I could find back at him until blood covered up my face.
He said he was sorry, thought it was just a dirt clog. I said I should have ducked, and I accepted his apology and went to get my stitches, and the dirt clog battle continued, with people being more careful.
No riots, no racist shite, no stopping everyone’s fun but to square things.
World was so much better in 70s.

Baltimore is run by Democrats. They protect their own now. This guy will just have a Dem judge put him right back on the streets and the Dem DA won't charge.
