Convictions for 3 hour protest at city hall

I understand they are trying to get the message across, but Im not sure if this was really called for.

It could've been much worse for them considering.

I didn't even know Britain had an issue with police brutality on blacks.

She said of Black Lives Matter: “It’s a social justice movement – some people would say it’s the new civil rights movement of our time.”

And there it is, the desperate pathetic yearning to be part of the civil rights movement.

Unless I'm missing something, they got about a $200 fine for shutting down the downtown area for an entire morning.

Seems like a fair fine to me?

30 days in jail, no reductions, no time served for the arrest, seems good for blocking a road.

Although personally, run over by a truck sounds even better and more "preventative" for future road blockages.

Protest off streets, the streets are public and used for commerce. Have your say out of the way. If any want to pay attention to you, they can and will. Those that don't want to listen to your crap should not be forced to endure it.
