I think a $20 or $25 fee was mentioned when he first started to attempt to check in.
One of the 3 (or really 2) involved may have pushed situation past whatever limit the added fee allowed which then tied their hands, but that’s likely part of story before cameras got involved on both sides.
Regardless that should be a video every airline should show on how not to deal with an irate customer.

Who the hell in this day in age doesn't check in on the app the day before? I don't fly Frontier, but Delta, American, United, and Southwest all have a 24 hour before departure check in on the app.
I can get to the airport anytime I want to at that point.

I rarely fly at all anymore because of bitches like this who work at the airport or end up on my flight within a row or two of me. Air travel shouldn’t be for everyone.

At MSY one time frontier didn’t have anyone checking people in.
The liberal folk heading back to Denver were getting a bit uppity with how slow everything in New Orleans was.
I thought it was funny because I knew who was going to eventually show up and have a huge line of people to get through.
