We had a long time congresswoman outhere named Corrie Brown that woman was so fricking corrupt but always got re-elected in her all black district. She would get busted for shady dealing but always threw out the race card when she got caught and get off. She finally got busted for stealing over 600 k from a scholarship that was supposed to go to underprivileged kids. The scholarship got 1200.00 she got the rest. She just got sent to jail like a month ago. Good riddance

I was always under the impression that your signature was just to verify your information was correct (name, plate, car model, ect).
That being said, I never NOT signed a ticket because I'm not an entitled prick and if I were to contest the ticket, I'd have better luck in court than on the side of the road.

Trust me if she would not have been given jail time she would have gotten reelected. She did so much for her people. Highest murder rate, highest unemployment, worst schools and highest government assistance in her district
