the telegram group is full of people admitting they are down. whether they sell for a loss is another story, but plenty put themselves in very bad situations

Can you screenshot the good melts and post them?

, you can turn $100 into $10,000, bravo, but let's not act like losing $6,000 in 90 days is fun.

oh people are hurting way more than that. multiple people in the group have lost well into 6 digits on paper

you also have the idiots that maxed out brand new credit cards in hopes of a quick payoff and roll the profits back into it.

Fools and money are soon parted

If you routinely have any more than 5% of your net worth in something as speculative as crypto, you're asking for trouble.

$100?

You're crazy if you think I put that much into something less valuable than a beanie baby.

then there was the whole "pump and dump" controversy that basically killed all the crypto talk to the one big stickied thread

And it wasn't even a pump and dump. There was no dump. Everyone that bought 1 million+ joined up with another group and is holding for longer term.

Like a casino, no one will admit to losing money. They will have some strange math where they broke even or something.

i made very minimal profits. like $500.

and that was accidental. once i realized the bubble had emerged i didn't want to be part of that roller coaster

Holy shite. That can't be real, can it? Were these people not around in 2013 when it rose 1200 and then dropped 75% in two months and stayed there for years? It takes two minutes to pull a graph and see that it happens.

It’s not fake currency. It's used to procure goods and services around the world.
