Just had Thankgiving dinner with the in-laws at their house. My wife's family is pretty cool.
Now we are going up to my wife's grandparents' farm in Virginia to see them and spend the night. My wife's sister and cousin (also like a sister to my wife) and her kids are up from Tampa at the farm. Her son and our son are the same age. Grandparents are like 90 years old and cool as shite.
Waking up tomorrow to play golf and get high as hell and drink several IPAs.
Then getting ready Saturday to watch Auburn get molested by Alabama. Oh fun.
I will be high as hell again for that.
Just happy to not be at work for a few days.

I used to complain about my in laws thanksgiving. This year was my father in laws last one. He’s dying of cancer. Be thankful for what you have fellas.
So that said...
Bro in law makes some brownies for desert. My kids all eat some pie, then the little one asks me for a brownie, a plate of which is sitting on the table. I’m cutting her one, bro in law yells “no she can’t have that”. He did put a little devils lettuce in them. We’re all like wtf, you gotta tell us shite like that. Mother Lin law ate two. She freaked out a little.

Just talked to my dad and my brother. SIL and her mom go up to Natchez every year to go Black Friday shopping. So dad and bro are at home taking care of all the dogs and just hanging out. My dogs are barking at everyone in the neighborhood and I’m about to go take a nap before the Saints game.

Damn, nurse, that's a lot to deal with on a daily basis.
My FIL is going through mid to late stages of dementia and it's been hell on all of us. I can't imagine dealing with what you have for so long. I just can't imagine the constant stress.

Thanksgiving is not being cooked(it was a smaller dinner with a ham/rice dressing etc) and I'm basically being told tough shite and nothing but excuses
I love my mom but I've hit my breaking point today
I just wanted a small nice thanksgiving dinner and that's that
To make it even worse my sister dgaf and has to go early Black Friday shopping and won't give me the time of day
