Seriously, what is a police chief supposed to do?
The police is a reactive agency for the most part.
This is a society issue, where we all need to be proactive in providing a safe and healthy environment for our children.
This shite doesn't happen in Japan where society has dictated that you will raise your kids to be right.
You could try to say this is a certain race's issue only,but with Hollywood glamorizing an immoral and indecent and lawlessness society, everyone has failed.
We need a Great Reset in this country where we quit pandering to society's losers and encourage proper upbringing.

Most military style schools are closed. There may be a few open but not many.
