The way we see it, you don't mudcheck with a man if you don't know how he kisses.

The spokesman also said that officers began engaging the bikers within 30 seconds of the fight starting. This has led to some speculation that there was an undercover informant inside the restaurant.

There were a bunch of pictures published the day after the shooting. One of the pics showed what clearly had to be an undercover cop. Buzz cut, long goatee, jeans, cowboy boots with red uppers, and a Kevlar vest marked "Police" and an M-4.

You don't know the timing of the pic, whether it was 30 seconds after the shootings started or 30 minutes. Maybe (probably?) he responded from offsite, but w/o the body armor and assault rifle, he looked much more like a biker than a cop.

If he was a UC he wouldn't be near a police vest. Probably narcotics or gang unit.

Garcia and King were charged with state felonies and their bonds were set at $50,000 each. King was charged with a Class A Misdemeanor and his bond was set at $20,000.

Since their bonds were lower, the suspects paid the money and were released Monday night.

King and Garcia turned themselves in to the Travis County Jail on Tuesday. Harris was arrested by Austin Police officers around 3 p.m. the same day.

About 170 people were arrested and charged with Engaging in Organized Crime. Further charges and additional arrests are expected.

4. Wonder what justification was used to take them back into custody?

The more I hear about this story. The more it stinks. Yes, for those who were out there blazing away like it was the OK Corral (if that actually happened) they need to be prosecuted. But just to arrest anyone and everyone in the area simple because they have a patch that says "MC" if complete horseshite.

Damn I would love to defend some of those cases.
