I think only real bikers do it though, not the weekend warrior neighborhood cruise guys.

The way we see it, you don't mudcheck with a man if you don't know how he kisses.

The spokesman also said that officers began engaging the bikers within 30 seconds of the fight starting. This has led to some speculation that there was an undercover informant inside the restaurant.
------------------------------------------------------------

There were a bunch of pictures published the day after the shooting. One of the pics showed what clearly had to be an undercover cop. Buzz cut, long goatee, jeans, cowboy boots with red uppers, and a Kevlar vest marked "Police" and an M-4.

You don't know the timing of the pic, whether it was 30 seconds after the shootings started or 30 minutes. Maybe (probably?) he responded from offsite, but w/o the body armor and assault rifle, he looked much more like a biker than a cop.

If he was a UC he wouldn't be near a police vest. Probably narcotics or gang unit.

Also, mugshot composite

Of the nine deaths, a law enforcement source says preliminary information indicates that four of the bikers were killed by police gunfire. The investigation continues and the ballistics will be analyzed to determine for certain who was responsible for each shooting. All this tells me is that the police were there and doing their job right

I have never seen them kiss on the mouth, but have seen them kiss on the cheek, this is usually the really old school guys.

I've seen some pretty odd things in my days, including a 300 lb plus naked biker riding down the main strip at Daytona with a naked midget stripper sitting in his lap. But I've never seen two bikers kiss on the mouth. The cheek, yes. The mouth, no.

Looks like they've been taken back into custody for some reason.

quote:

WACO -- The three people arrested after Sunday's deadly biker brawl in Waco that were released from jail early are all back in custody.Juan Garcia, Drew King and James Harris were all arrested on Sunday when they arrived at the scene in gang uniform and with weapons, according to Sgt. W Patrick Swanton.

McLennan County Sheriff Parnell McNamara said the suspects were charged with Engaging in Organized Crime shortly after the incident outside a Twin Peaks restaurant, which left nine people dead and 18 injured.

Garcia and King were charged with state felonies and their bonds were set at $50,000 each. King was charged with a Class A Misdemeanor and his bond was set at $20,000.

Since their bonds were lower, the suspects paid the money and were released Monday night.

King and Garcia turned themselves in to the Travis County Jail on Tuesday. Harris was arrested by Austin Police officers around 3 p.m. the same day.

About 170 people were arrested and charged with Engaging in Organized Crime. Further charges and additional arrests are expected.

1. It's not illegal to wear a cub cut.
2. it's not illegal to have a pistol.
3. Unless they were doing something illegal with those weapons, arresting them is bullshite.
4. Wonder what justification was used to take them back into custody?

The more I hear about this story. The more it stinks. Yes, for those who were out there blazing away like it was the OK Corral (if that actually happened) they need to be prosecuted. But just to arrest anyone and everyone in the area simple because they have a patch that says "MC" if complete horseshite.

But back at the crime scene? That alone shows their intent was highly questionable. It's not like the police picked them up at the gun range or on their way to the deer lease.
