Basically the COC's no longer function as they were intended. Instead whichever big 1%er club "controls" a given state also controls that state's COC
This^. Been like that for awhile now. Not sure who said it but I'm willing to bet it was a Nicky Newpatch that started this.

Heard on TV this morning that the DOJ will be taking over and filing a massive RICO criminal action that spans many multi-jurisdictional lines. The DOJ/State of Texas was also monitoring the cell towers which is why they allowed the bikers to use their cell phones to help them with the multi-jurisdictional federal RICO charges. I suspect these bikers will be exchanging their MC jackets out for Honda jackets soon.

Im just surprised that there is no ral outrage from anyone in this thread. Race aside, these frickers were shooting in a damn restaurant. Children were there, possibly. No one should fear being in the middle of a damn shootout while they are just trying to enjoy lunch.
pipe down, white men are much better marksman who hit what they are shooting at. no bystanders, or children were in danger.

I work with 2 Bandits. One is retired. Both are good guys with families.
Alot of the old school bikers are. The problem though is over the past 10 years or so there's been a flood of young guys coming into clubs all full of piss and vinegar thinking they're living a sort of real life version of the Sons of Anarchy.

I can't imagine them being involved in this crap ... individually.
But group-think mentality makes sane people do stupid things. When a large group of guys gets together, all it takes is a couple of assholes for everything to go to hell.
Good point. And like I've said, it's time for people to realize this is not the old days. The world has changed. There's still many, too many in fact, who still have this outdated "wild west" mentality.
But if you go and look at the history of the old wild west you'll see that what ended the wild west was two things, law & order and civilization. Basically the days of the cowboys having their shootouts and gun duels on the streets ended because the people decided they were not going to tolerate it any longer and the powers that be at that time stamped down on such behavior. The same thing is happening today. Either MC's realize times have changed and they need to change with them or just like the cowboys & gunslingers of the old west, MC's will be relegated to the history books.

About as silly as a kid getting shot for wearing the 'wrong color' in the hood.
Middle aged white dudes just having a little 'color war'.

That's why pulling shite like happened in Waco yesterday, on top of everything else, is freaking stupid. There's nothing to be gained and everything to be lost. The only possible winner will be the feds.

I couldn't remember your biker name so I just made it up recently. It's dark and pirate-like.
I think it's pretty hardcore.

I know about two dozen bikers that all dress like Easy Rider and get together and ride. These are guys 40-60 years old with good jobs. A couple of firemen, an A/C contractor, a few salesmen. I can't believe these kind of guys would be involved in something like this.

Anyway, it's pretty common whenever there's a C.O.C. meeting happening for there to be local, state, and feds positioned just outside
If we have to pay for law enforcement in the same fashion as adult daycare, I really don't want to keep on with this process.

That's the point. YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE WE ARE. WE ARE EVERYWHERE AND NOWHERE.
Just think about that the next time you think it's safe to go to TJ Maxx

The majority of MCs are law abiding citizens. Kill them with the criminal element as well?

People run drugs in boats. Bass clubs don't need law enforcement there to insure all stays in line.
If the law abiding MC clubs want to be different than the outlaw ones, they need to act different. Get rid of the stupid vests and all the other stuff that mimics the outlaw gangs...then we will know who to bomb. Until then, birds of a feather flock together.

that kind of contradicts what you said right here. If they are such law abiding citizens then why the need for all this?

A vest with patches does not automatically make someone a criminal.

if showing up to a COC meeting run by 1%ers i think it starts to get a bit harder to claim "im just a guy that likes riding with my friends."
obviously, bomb any meeting is a ridiculous act - but to also claim no association with the criminals while sitting between a bandito and cossack at this meeting is pretty ridiculous too.
