Kinda makes Super Size Me seem like bullshite with those numbers.
That's because it is. No one has ever been able to replicate the results of Super Size Me, and a lot of people and research groups have tried.

I know super size me was bullshite even without replication.
If you can't exercise control that's a you problem. In any event, you'll just order two meals instead of one.

He eats two Big Macs per day and drinks a coke with them. If that's all he is eating for the day then his calorie intake is well below most of the lard asses in this country.
Supersize was more about the super size sugary drink and french fries...and not necessarily the main food...

Gorske’s Big Mac obsession began in 1972 when he got his first car and drove to the McDonald’s in his hometown of Fond du Lac, WA, for lunch.
The guy is 67, will turn 68 in November.
I look young for my age, but damn. If he were to shave those faux-Wolverines and cut his hair, that dude could pass for 15-20 years younger.
Are Big Macs the Fountain of Youth?

Note that his cholesterol is normal.
I have maintained for years, and there are studies that say this, that cholesterol is a product of genetics and not really driven by diet and exercise. Yes, you can skew your numbers some with diet and exercise but it is largely genetics. And some people go their whole life with "high" cholesterol and have no problems.
They keep trying to put me on statin drugs and yet I keep chugging along. I said NO when they told me, twenty years ago, they wanted to start me on them and I would have to take them the rest of my life. frick that.
