Not much of a Big Mac fan but I used to eat Wendy’s double prob 3-4 times a week when they were good.. but overall, I’ll go with a double quarter pounder any day over a Big Mac.

Someone else did a counter-documentary (Fat Head) and basically came up with the same conclusion. The math didn't add up to all the calories he claimed to be eating. They tried to reach Morgan Spurlock for comment, but he never called them back.

They talk of calories and fat but it begs the discussion of a preservatives, sodium, etc.
